History has been made today.
Tonight, as many Americans watched from their televisions in the comfort of their homes or received election results from their mobile device in the midst of a street party in cities all across the country, we elected a new leader for our country. A visionary who, on the eve of the election, has portrayed the confidence to help this nation be strong and do good in the world once again.
His acceptance speech did not leave many untouched, as he reached out to all of us and promised that, together, we can change.
In our future there is hope.
Tonight we were addressed by a charismatic, humble man who will guide us into the future...as our leader.
